OneSight Vision Clinic available for your child 10/29-11/2

Does your child need glasses?

OneSight Vision Clinic is available October 29-November 2, 2018 at Camacho Gym in Las Palmas Park in National City. This is a free event.

Appointment times for SUHSD students are as follows:

  • 8am to 3pm Monday through Thursday
  • 8am to noon Friday

Students should be finished in about an hour and then can return to school. The district does not provide transportation. The last day to register students is 10/26/2018.

Both Spanish and English versions of the permission slips are available at Granger Jr. High, as well as registration information. Students must be registered on the OneSight Vision Clinic website, as well as have a signed permission slip in hand to be seen.

PIQE Secondary Educational Information Classes begin Tuesday 10/16

Parents, please plan to attend our educational classes starting tomorrow and continuing for 10 weeks at the Granger Library. Learn how to navigate the secondary school system and help your child in succeeding in class! Times are as follows:

Tuesday morning 8:30-10am

Tuesday evening 6:30-8pm

College Night Wednesday 10/17

Please plan to attend our College Fair at 4:30pm and our College Night Presentation from 5:30-6:30pm on Wednesday, October 17th. First 15 students to attend College Night will receive a free t-shirt!

  • All AVID students must attend.
  • Parents who attend will earn a non-uniform day for their child.
