Students are saving paper and learning in new ways. On day one they got organized and created notebooks for each subject, took notes and even explored ways to increase their learning.
Ms. Carmody’s 9th grade Biology classes analyzed owl pellets to identify which animal the owl had last eaten. Students used new dissection kits to take apart the owl pellets and separate the fragile bones from fur and feathers. Students had to reconstruct the bones and identify them. The owl pellets and dissection kits were a generous contribution made possible by Donors Choose.org.
